An Indian one pot meal. Fish marinated, fried, cooked in spicy masala gravy and then layered with rice. A really delicious one 🙂 I used pomfret which turned out awesome. You can also try seer fish or king fish.
Quick, easy and delicious!! It is an Indian rice based dish with good flavor of veggies and spices. It goes well with pretty much every gravy based side dish. I usually serve it with chicken curry or paneer butter masala.
This recipe goes really well with rice or rotis… you can just as easily substitute fresh mushrooms with canned ones (as i have done here) and the veggies can be frozen too! its easy to whip up quickly, when your running low on fresh produce in ur fridge! 🙂
