Tomato Ketchup

Steps

  1. Cut tomatoes, put it in cooker, add water and cook for 5-6 whistles
  2. Pulp the tomatoes in a mixer and strain
  3. Heat oil
  4. Add ginger, garlic, onion paste & saute till brown
  5. Add a bit of salt, chilli powder, the cooked tomato pulp & ketchup.
  6. Cook this until everything looks pulpy
