    Ingredients
      

    • ½ Cup Coconut
    • Onion 2 Small
    • 2 Chilly Dried Red
    • ¼ Teaspoon Ginger
    • 1 pinch Tamarind
    • ¼ Cup water luke warm
    • salt
    • 3 Curry Leaves
    • Mustard Seeds

    Instructions
     

    • Grind together Coconut, Small Onion, Green Chilly, Ginger, Tamarind, Salt with water into a fine paste.
    • Move the grinded mixture to the serving vessel.
    • In a wok, heat oil. Splutter mustard seeds and then add curry leaves. Pour this over the above mixture.
    • ** You can also use Green Chilly instead of Dried Red chilli. Adjust tamarind and chilli according to your taste.

      Just try the same chutney without ginger, tamarind, onion,oil or mango. Just make use of mango's inner skin if u need a supplement for tamarind. This is the chutney which you get in normally in restaurants in Kerala.

      fine paste makes the chutney sticky. maybe halfway through sounds good.
