Instructions
Mix little water and wheat flour to paste
Now add milk and water to the remaining.
Cook the mixture till the flour taste goes away
In a pan heat oil. Add garlic paste with salt and pepper and saute.
Add this to the flour mixture and mix well. heat a little more
