Coconut chutney
Quick chutney recipe which goes well with dosas , idlis

- ½ Cup Coconut
- Onion 2 Small
- 2 Chilly Dried Red
- ¼ Teaspoon Ginger
- 1 pinch Tamarind
- ¼ Cup water luke warm
- salt
- 3 Curry Leaves
- Mustard Seeds
Grind together Coconut, Small Onion, Green Chilly, Ginger, Tamarind, Salt with water into a fine paste.
Move the grinded mixture to the serving vessel.
In a wok, heat oil. Splutter mustard seeds and then add curry leaves. Pour this over the above mixture.
** You can also use Green Chilly instead of Dried Red chilli. Adjust tamarind and chilli according to your taste.
