Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Coconut
  • Onion 2 Small
  • 2 Chilly Dried Red
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 pinch Tamarind
  • ¼ Cup water luke warm
  • salt
  • 3 Curry Leaves
  • Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  • Grind together Coconut, Small Onion, Green Chilly, Ginger, Tamarind, Salt with water into a fine paste.
  • Move the grinded mixture to the serving vessel.
  • In a wok, heat oil. Splutter mustard seeds and then add curry leaves. Pour this over the above mixture.
  • ** You can also use Green Chilly instead of Dried Red chilli. Adjust tamarind and chilli according to your taste.
