A light pizza sauce for normal pastas
- Cut tomatoes, put it in cooker, add water and cook for 5-6 whistles
- Pulp the tomatoes in a mixer and strain
- Heat oil
- Add ginger, garlic, onion paste & saute till brown
- Add a bit of salt, chilli powder, the cooked tomato pulp & ketchup.
- Cook this until everything looks pulpy
