Pizza Sauce

A light pizza sauce for normal pastas

Ingredients
  

  • 7 Tomato
  • 2 Onion
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 Ginger (large)
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Red Chilli
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Olive Oil
  • Oregano
  • Rosemary
  • water

Instructions
 

  • Cut tomatoes, put it in cooker, add water and cook for 5-6 whistles
  • Pulp the tomatoes in a mixer and strain
  • Heat oil
  • Add ginger, garlic, onion paste & saute till brown
  • Add a bit of salt, chilli powder, the cooked tomato pulp & ketchup.
  • Cook this until everything looks pulpy
