Mint Cucumber Dosa

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mint leaves diced fine
  • ½ Cucumber diced fine
  • 1 Cup Wheat flour
  • ½ Cup Yoghurt
  • ½ Cup Semolina
  • 4 chillies

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and set aside for 20 minutes. Add water to get desired consistency.
  • Make your dosas on a griddle by pouring the batter
