Fast, easy to make dosa recipe with no need for fermentation.
- 1 Cup Mint leaves diced fine
- ½ Cucumber diced fine
- 1 Cup Wheat flour
- ½ Cup Yoghurt
- ½ Cup Semolina
- 4 chillies
- Mix all ingredients and set aside for 20 minutes. Add water to get desired consistency.
- Make your dosas on a griddle by pouring the batter
