Pasta White Sauce

A simple white sauce for pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Wheat flour
  • 100 Milk Skim
  • 50 Water
  • 1 Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix little water and wheat flour to paste
  • Now add milk and water to the remaining.
  • Cook the mixture till the flour taste goes away
  • In a pan heat oil. Add garlic paste with salt and pepper and saute.
  • Add this to the flour mixture and mix well. heat a little more
